SEEKING SENIOR PASTOR – Mount Gideon Baptist Church is actively searching for the Senior Pastor whom God has chosen to lead us into the future. Mount Gideon Baptist Church is a unique, growing, family-oriented church in Jackson, LA drawing people from throughout the City of Jackson and surrounding Parishes. We are a multi-generational, multi-cultural congregation of 200+ with a solid foundation of nearly 76 years in ministry. Our loving and compassionate congregation seeks to find a dynamic visionary (man or woman) to lead us. While being a strong equipper and exhorter, their gifting should also include providing dynamic, practical, and relevant preaching and teaching aligned with the Holy Bible. You may pick up an application at the church on Sundays between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. All applications must be submitted by April 30, 2023 to the Mount Gideon Baptist Church Pastor Search Committee, 2453 Highway 952, Jackson, LA 70748.
