We offer a free tutoring program for the community on Wednesdays at 6:00pm. Please sign up at the clerk’s office if you have a child that needs tutoring.
Food Pantry
MGBC seeks to serve those in need. The youth are encouraged to bring non perishable items during youth service. The items are packed and sent to the local food bank.
Feed A Family
MGBC provides a grocery box packed with items to cook a tasty holiday meal. The boxes are issued to many families in need during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
Nursing Home/Sick and Shut-in
MGBC has a compassion for the sick and shut-in. We visit nursing homes in East and West Feliciana Parishes to share God’s love and encourage those that may feel forgotten. The visit includes songs of praise, prayers and sharing the word of God.
St. Jude
On first Sundays during our benevolent offering, MGBC members give freely in order to be a blessing to the St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
