God is our refuge and strength in times of trouble. He is always ready to help during difficult times. No matter what happens in the world he is reminding us to be still and know that He is God and know that He is in control and know that He will provide and He will make a way. We need to find strength in the Lord our God in the midst of turbulent times.

Psalm 46:1-3 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.

Psalm 9:9-10 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.

Psalm 32:7-8 You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance.

Psalm 34:17 When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and rescues them from all their troubles.

Where do we find strength in troubled times? In the Lord our God!
